Appleby Trust (Isle of Man) Limited was established in 2000 to support the needs of our associated law firm. Since then the Company has grown significantly and while we continue to meet the needs of clients of the law firm, we have our own growing and developing client base. We offer SPV, Trustee, Real Estate, Shipping and Aviation, Investment Funds, Capital Markets, and Family Office and Private Client services.
We provide corporate and trust services to private and institutional clients. These services include assistance with the creation of structures to meet our clients’ needs, such as the establishment of trusts or partnerships and the incorporation of companies. Once established we can provide on-going management and administration for these structures by providing officers to client companies, and acting as trustees. We can also arrange for office facilities to be made available and provide full accounting and reporting services.
The fiduciary team, which is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds with experience in accounting, trusteeship and corporate governance, work closely with clients and other advisors to ensure a high quality service based on our extensive experience. The team is supported by lawyers from the Private Client and Trusts and Corporate and Commercial departments of our associated law firm. This combined offering gives our clients the benefit of professional expertise in a wide range of specialisms including:
